I am saddened to learn of Roseann's death. She did not the fact that she had cancer with me. She and I "walked together in faith" for many years. I shared her joy during the adoption of her children and was grateful that she included me in the joys and sorrows of her life. My conversation with her will be sorely missed. I regret that I did not learn of her death in time to attend her funeral. She and her children will continue to be remembered in my daily prayer. I pray that she remembers me in her prayer.

Dear Stan, Rosie and Jonathan,

Thank you for inviting us to share in your sorrow and joy....we love you and are all here for you. Blessings and peace to you and your entire extended family. 'Follow me to the sea where I first called your name(s)....' Providentially, I heard this Mary's House anthem at our St. Patrick's Parish Mass in Malvern, PA two weeks ago, but this time, imagined them sung by your mom to all of you...

Follow me, to the sea,

Where I first called your name.

We didn't know each other so,

But I called and you came.

Remember we promised our love wouldn't end,

We'd gather all people and love them as friends.

My spirit will be with you to light up your way,

I love you, what more can I say.

Blessings,

The Doughtys and Marianist Family Rosary Group

Thank you so much for attending. The service was amazing, and a nice way of telling us it's okay to take a step forward in our own lives. I have noticed that it can be so easy to live in the past when someone passes; I hope to live the life she envisioned for me; the same for Jon and Rose.

Thank you so much for sharing this with those of us who could not be in person. Roseann was the type of person who became a life long friend from the first time you met her. I still have a pair of her old tap shoes and will wear them with loving memories. May God bless her and her family. Rest In Peace Roseann. With love, Sue McFadden, SJU friend and colleague

Hi Sue, I am so glad you were able to join via the livestream. You are absolutely right; she was the type of person who was able to befriend someone and the friendship last a long time. Wear and use the shoes, I know she's tapping right along with you.

Thank you! Her impact on the world is so far reaching, I don't think she realized she has changed the world for the better in so many areas of her life. Thank you for attending, many thanks.

Thank you for being an amazing core of my sisters life. My mom wanted her to become independent and realize the potential she has within her. I know the GFS helps to develop and cultivate this in the girls who make up GFS. Thank you.
